These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Krti ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing the access and use of the Krti E-Wallet application ("App"). By downloading, registering, and using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the App immediately.
1.1 "App" refers to the Krti e-wallet mobile application.
1.2 "User" refers to any individual registered to use Krti's services.
1.3 "Merchant" refers to any business or entity onboarded to the App that offers goods or services.
1.4 "Payment Gateway" refers to the licensed financial entity handling payment processing, card storage, and tokenization, regulated by the Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK).
1.5 "Loyalty Program" refers to the rewards system where Users earn cashback and points for transactions.
1.6 "Marketplace" refers to the in-app platform where Users can browse offers and promotions from onboarded Merchants.
1.7 "Tokenization" refers to the process of securing a User's payment card by replacing card details with a unique token.
1.8 "Disputes" refer to any conflicts arising between Users, Merchants, and Banks, which Krti does not mediate or resolve.
Krti provides an e-wallet and rewards-based financial application allowing Users to:
Krti acts solely as an intermediary between Users, Merchants, and Banks and does not process or store payment data. All transactions, card storage, and financial operations are handled exclusively by a licensed Payment Gateway regulated by the CBK.
3.1 Users must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration details to use the App.
3.2 Users are responsible for maintaining account security and must immediately report unauthorized activity.
3.3 Users agree not to share account credentials or permit others to access their accounts.
3.4 Krti reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of suspected fraud, misuse, or violations of these Terms.
5.1 Users may earn loyalty points and cashback for eligible transactions.
5.2 Rewards are subject to Merchant participation and transaction terms.
5.3 Loyalty points and cashback may be subject to expiration as per program terms.
5.4 Krti reserves the right to modify or terminate the rewards program at any time.
6.1 The Marketplace provides exclusive offers from onboarded Merchants.
6.2 Promotions are based on User preferences and transaction history.
6.3 Krti does not guarantee product availability or Merchant discounts.
7.1 Krti does not mediate disputes between Users, Merchants, or Banks.
7.2 Any issues related to refunds, chargebacks, or transaction disputes must be resolved directly with the Payment Gateway or Merchant.
7.3 Krti will apply resolved orders issued by the Central Bank of Kuwait or the licensed Payment Gateway.
7.4 Refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks are governed by consumer protection, privacy, civil, and telecommunications laws applicable in Kuwait.
8.1 Krti complies with Kuwait's consumer protection and data privacy regulations.
8.2 Krti does not store or process payment information—all data is handled by the licensed Payment Gateway.
8.3 User data may be used to enhance app functionality, offer personalized recommendations, and improve loyalty benefits.
9.1 Krti acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for:

10.1 Users may deactivate their accounts at any time through the App.
